For any laundry equipment supplier, service support is the most difficult part of any installation. The quality of service is only apparent retrospectively, should things go wrong. At Clean Machine, this crucial area is one we take very seriously indeed.
We employ 10 engineers, the majority of whom are registered to work on gas-fired commercial laundry equipment.
Because we only cover East Anglia, we attend to all urgent service calls within 2 working days. We do try to attend sooner if possible as we know how inconvenient a machine breakdown can be.
Our engineers are equipped with all the tools for the job and their modern vans carry all but the most specialist spare parts. In most cases, we can effect repairs quickly and on the first visit. We have special vans with drop down lifts to facilitate machine delivery and stairwalkers to more easily negotiate stairs. Vans are equipped with GPS technology, which means that we know exactly where each van is at any time, which results in a quicker response to your call-out. In the unlikely event we cannot repair your machine on site we will take it to our fully equipped workshop at our Barway offices.
Rental
If you buy a machine outright we can arrange a service programme for your peace of mind. Alternatively, more and more customers are choosing to rent equipment rather than buy. Such contracts cover all aspects of the arrangement from initial site inspection through machine advice and supply to service. With rental, all aspects of after sales service are included for a regular monthly payment over a term to suit your budget.
We dont only service our own equipment. We will offer you a full assessment of your existing equipment with a full report on faults and safety aspects. Then, no matter what make, we will give you a price to repair it.
