The new Miele PT830x range of Slim-Line tumble dryers have become an immediate success!

Miele's range of Slim-Line tumble dryers have within weeks of its launch proved a resounding success with our customers.

The first one, a Miele PT8303 12-15 kg Slim-Line gas tumble dryer was supplied and installed alongside a Miele PW6080 8kg sluice washer in an expanding care home in Wisbech.

At only 711 mm wide, the machine passed through the existing laundry door with millimetres to spare.

Installation was carried out by our team of in house specialist installation engineers who installed gas pipe work, ducting and drainage to ensure that both the washer and the tumble dryer were installed to Miele's specification and in the case of the tumble dryer complied with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) regulations 1998.

The PT830x range as with all the larger Miele dryers, can have air ducted directly into the rear of the machine, thus eliminating the need for holes to be cut in the outside wall to provide air to the dryer. This unique feature means the laundry room will be maintained at a comfortable working temperature without draughts.

Constantly looking to develop and manufacture machines, which are efficient in how they operate and are economic in terms of energy consumption and energy costs. The combination of a reverse tumble action and moisture sensing feature as standard on the Miele PT830x Slim-Line range ensure that the bedding can be finished with Miele's ever popular HM16-83 ironer.

Mr M, the home owner is delighted with his new Miele laundry system, which also comprises of a 10 year old WS5426 sluice washer. This has been laundering all the linen from 18 residents since it was installed new in 2001.

Our second Miele PT8303 Slim-Line dryer is due for installation in the next few days. This time it will be an electric version of the dryer matched with a Miele PW5105 10 kg washer. Once installed the usage of the machines will be completely different to the first pair of machines, with this pair of machines being used to launder microfibre cloths used in a revolutionary car wash process that does not use any water.
