Clean Machine (UK) Ltd Builds for the Future

The consistent growth of Clean Machine's business over the last 10 years has resulted in our sales, service and rental departments outgrowing our Barway office facilities.
Early in 2010 the decision was made to create a single open plan office for the service department, which increased its floor space by 40%. In addition a much-needed training and meeting room has been built on the first floor.
Our new meeting room is both large enough to accommodate all our field based engineers for ongoing technical training or to provide an environment for our customers to see and particpate in a working demonstration of the most popular of the Miele Rotary Irons.
Robert Danks Construction (01353 727806) started work in late March 2010, completing the build on time and within budget at the end of June.
Extending our office space also provided us with an opportunity to reduce our carbon footprint, this we have achieved by improving the thermal insulation of all our offices and installing a modern high efficiency heating system.
In addition to increasing the office space, a new dedicated area has been established within our warehouse, for the storage of used machine's, which once checked over and tested are featured in the used machine section of our website.
With all our office based service personnel now in one location, we are better able to control the flow of data and respond to the needs of our many service customers in a more positive manner, with the positive outcome being shorter response times and a reduction in down time of a customers machine.
